Aim of the site

You are free to invent all sorts of reasons which might have encouraged me to create this site, without caring about my real intention. The mind needs to amuse itself by describing what is beyond it as it has always done and it should actually take advantage of this quickly while there is still time because evolution is coming to a decision to move onto something else. This tremendous energy, which fulfils and bombards me, which makes me come up against my human limits nearly every day and which I would sometimes like to preserve and at other times like to transcend because it grinds me down to such an extent, has nothing to do with me. So what is the point of talking about it? Why not? Why hide the fact that I am a thinking ape in a state of transformation - that would be a good enough reason to stay silent, because it is a difficult fact to establish. I have no special physical distinction, there is nothing to prove that I am progressing and I would throw a line to those who speak venomously and enhance themselves by humiliating others and who are already passing comment on my dubious self-proclamation before even coming face to face with my writings..

I have not set this site up to make you think that I am a supramental mutant, since I do not personally care; it is just a description, a label, as I simply envisage the idea of being of use to some people with equanimity. Forget about the author and examine my "works" if you are interested. This is how I was able to evolve myself, by reading, as I had no teacher available and I did not want to stop searching for the "absolute" meaning of things and, believe it or not, it worked. Certain books blazed the trail and ever since I have infinite respect for the written word and this is the reason why I take huge pleasure in being a topographer of the supreme way, inventing maps to explore the unknown a little less fearfully, or with greater trust, if you prefer. I have never been disappointed in the unknown; I have rushed into it and I have been able to make do with a pitifully small number of landmarks for a human being and because the venture was successful, I am now bearing witness to it.

The unknown deserves to be mapped because not everybody can guess where it can be found, as is proven by the small number of people abandoning themselves to it, even though this is how the past stops stirring up the present. So I am laying my cards on the table: the unknown up above will not stop prompting us to go beyond thought and draws us towards the Divine. The unknown down below buries itself where matter begins to quiver erratically under the influence of something which it did not know - life - and it is difficult for that unknown to recognize what comes from above. In order to climb up to where thought will no longer be required, we must also go right down deep and remove the engram from certain natural processes which operate deep in our animal subconscious, way beyond the control of willpower or thought. This is so deep that only the supramental can go that far down and intercept those processes which encode a whole number of reactions which tend towards death and even contaminate the mental consciousness of the self. In short, this time the Divine goes right down into our genes, rummages around and stirs up all the programs for life on earth, which we, the upright species, have inherited, with such great speed that it becomes immobile.

You can rest assured that I am not telling you everything, as this would be too disheartening, but I do hint nevertheless that certain "crossings" are difficult and the journey has to be worth the effort, but that much is certain. A change of species is in progress, not higher salvation.

It remains to be explained why the supramental comes rather to beings who are already fulfilled, but on this point it was Sri Aurobindo who presented spiritualization as a necessary stage to reach the supramental. As far as I am concerned, I think that these are just technical questions related to immutable physical laws. (One cannot fill what is already full). The universe develops according to its own laws and those who can understand this development are those who have developed sufficient self-renunciation to listen absolutely to Reality at a higher level than made-up institutions, shared rules and customs and mental constructs and are sufficiently detached from the demands of nature such as desire. Once again I am not going to try to persevere in claiming that I belong to that category, as if by chance, because what I am and who I am are not in the least bit important. My whole life has woven itself to bring me here and at such speed, that after thirty years I have not really taken in what is happening to me. Ever since 1977, I have been hurtling down a torrent so fast that it would be useless to think of grabbing hold of a rock as I would be dashed against the bank. So I let things take their course and it carries on because it is in fact the Divine who is behind all this and my own multiple deaths must serve some sort of purpose. What has made me pick myself up again after some powerful ordeals is my conviction that this work is essential to reduce the amount of stupidity and cruelty on Earth by however little and therefore my message is logically addressed to those who want to use their fulfilment, which may be imminent, to enlighten the Earth and who do not see it as an end per se. I believe that the human species is a failure and will remain so until it finds what will allow it to oust cruelty and stupidity. It just so happens that the supramental would seem to me to be the most appropriate means of coping. Perhaps that divine consciousness has already guessed that I needed it?
